To join USATF go to usatfadir.org or call 518 273-5552. USATF membership # is required for USATF Grand Prix scoring.

Empty Bowls Supper held by the Ichabod Crane High School Art Club on Tuesday, Feb 2, 2010, donates all proceeds to the Valatie Ecumenical Food Pantry. The Ichabod Crane High School Art Club makes the awards and poster for the OK5k. In turn, the OK5k donates funds to them that they use to buy the supplies they need to make the soup bowls for Empty Bowls.
