The Wednesday Night Fun Runs (5k) are held every year from mid-June to mid-
August (give or take) in the Kinderhook Village Square. These fun runs follow the same course through the Village as the OK 5k. All runners of all abilities are invited and encouraged to participate. Meet in front of the Vanderpoel House. Earn a free fun run tee-shirt by completing at least 5 fun runs in a year.
Other Group Runs in Kinderhook
- Saturday mornings at 7:30 AM in the Village Square. Meet by the Bandstand area. Various distances; various runners. Five miles and up.
- From September through June, every Wednesday night at 6:00 PM starting from the corner of Broad Street and Albany Avenue in the Village Square. Anywhere from two to ten runners show up to run 3-6 miles, rain, snow, sleet, or shine.
